• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card details.

2. How We Use It

• To generate your video scripts and render your videos.
• To manage your account and credit balance.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To improve the Service (aggregated, anonymised analytics only).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the third-party services necessary to operate PitchClip:

• Anthropic — AI script generation (your submitted content is sent to their API).
• OpenAI — text-to-speech narration.
• AWS / Remotion Lambda — video rendering.
• Supabase — database and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — hosting.

4. Data Retention

Your videos and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
