Do I need to create an account to try it?

What kind of content works best?
Any text-based webpage works well — business websites, product pages, blog posts, restaurant menus, real estate listings, LinkedIn profiles, or any description of a service. The more text the page has, the better the script will be.
What if my URL doesn't work?
Some websites are protected by security software (like Cloudflare) that blocks automated access — this is their choice, not a PitchClip limitation. If you see an error, simply go to that website, copy all the text (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C), and paste it into the "From Text" tab instead. The result is identical.

How do credits work?
One credit = one rendered video. Credits never expire and there are no monthly fees. You buy a pack once and use them whenever you need. New accounts receive 3 free credits to get started.
Do I get free credits when I sign up?
Yes — every new account gets 3 free credits automatically. No credit card required to claim them.
What happens if my render fails?
If a render fails due to a technical issue on our side, your credit is refunded automatically. Contact us at the bottom of this page if that doesn't happen.
Can I get a refund?
If you have unused credits and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund them. Credits that have been used to render videos are non-refundable.
Creating your video
How do I make my first video?
1. Go to your dashboard and click Create Video. 2. Paste your website URL or text. 3. Wait ~15 seconds for the AI script. 4. Review and edit the script if needed. 5. Choose your images and voice. 6. Click Render — your 1080p MP4 is ready in under 5 minutes.
Can I edit the script before rendering?
Yes. After the AI generates your script you can edit every slide — change headings, rewrite body text, remove slides, or adjust bullet points. You have full control before spending a credit.
What languages are supported?
You can generate scripts in English, French, and Spanish. Select your language before generating the script. The AI narration voice will also match the selected language.
Can I use my own brand images?
Yes. When you enter a URL, PitchClip automatically scrapes images from your website. Toggle "Use only brand images" to use exclusively your own photos instead of stock images.
What video formats are available?
PitchClip renders in landscape (16:9, ideal for YouTube and LinkedIn), square (1:1, ideal for Instagram), and vertical (9:16, ideal for TikTok and Instagram Reels). Select your format before rendering.
How long does rendering take?
Most videos render in 2–5 minutes. Longer scripts (more slides) take slightly longer. You will receive a notification when your video is ready.
Downloading & sharing
How do I download my video?
Once rendering is complete, go to your dashboard, click on the video, and click Download. You get a full 1080p MP4 file — no watermarks.
Where can I use my videos?
Anywhere. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, your website, email campaigns, sales presentations, trade shows. The MP4 format works on every platform.
Is there a watermark?
No watermark on any plan. Every video you render is 100% yours to use commercially.
Technical questions
Why does the scraper fail on some websites?
Websites protected by Cloudflare or similar security tools block all automated access — including ours. This affects roughly 20% of URLs. The workaround is simple: copy the page text manually and paste it into the text input. The AI generates the same quality script either way.
My video is stuck on 'Rendering' — what do I do?
If a video has been rendering for more than 10 minutes, something went wrong on our end. Refresh the page — if it still shows Rendering, contact us and we will refund your credit immediately.
Is my content private?
Yes. Your scripts, videos, and source content are only visible to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
